Returns & Exchanges
If you’re not satisfied with your purchase from Atelier Brands LLC DBA MAISON VAGUE, you may return eligible items within 14 days of delivery.
Final Sale Items:
Tile, Wallpaper and Special Orders (placed through Customer Service or noted as final sale, custom order or marked non-returnable on the product page) cannot be returned.
Return Requirements

Items must be unused, unassembled, and in original packaging with all materials included.

Returns must be postmarked within 14 days of delivery.

A Return Authorization (RA) is required before sending any item back. Returns without an RA will not be accepted.

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.
If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact Customer Service within 5 business days of delivery.
Fees & Refunds

A 15% return fee will be deducted from refunds.

Orders canceled after shipment (in transit) are subject to applicable restocking and return fees.

International, Alaska, and Hawaii orders cannot be returned.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method once the return is received and inspected. Please allow 7–10 business days for warehouse and refund processing.
