• $12 flat rate shipping on orders under $100

Shipping rates apply to the contiguous United States (lower 48 states).

Orders shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, and international destinations may require additional costs and transit time. For details or questions please contact us.

Each order is carefully prepared and shipped via UPS, USPS, FedEx, or DHL, depending on size, weight, and destination, to ensure the most reliable delivery experience.

Shipping / Delivery Times

Most orders are delivered within 2–15 business days within the contiguous United States.

Delivery times may vary based on:

• Order volume
• Product availability

Special-Order

Some items are made to order or require additional fulfillment time. When this applies, the estimated shipping window will be clearly stated on the product page.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a direct link to the tracking information. You can use this to check your package status with the carrier.

APO Shipping

For APO addresses, we kindly ask that you contact us before placing your order to confirm eligibility for USPS delivery.

Returns & Exchanges
If you’re not satisfied with your purchase from maisonvague.shop, you may return eligible items within 14 days of delivery.

Final Sale Items:
Tile, Wallpaper and Special Orders (placed through Customer Service or noted as custom order and marked non-returnable on the product page) cannot be returned.

Return Requirements
Items must be unused, unassembled, and in original packaging with all materials included.
Returns must be postmarked within 14 days of delivery.

A Return Authorization (RA) is required before sending any item back. Returns without an RA will not be accepted.

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.

If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact Customer Service within 5 business days of delivery.

Fees & Refunds
A 15% return fee will be deducted from refunds.
Rugs, lighting, furniture, and planters are subject to deduction of original shipping costs plus the 15% return fee.

Orders canceled after shipment (in transit) are subject to applicable restocking and return fees.
International, Alaska, and Hawaii orders cannot be returned.

Refunds
Refunds are issued to the original payment method once the return is received and inspected. Please allow 7–10 business days for warehouse and refund processing.
