Cork Sally Snail is not designed to be a toy, as there can be a risk that it can tip over with the child if the child uses it as a rocking horse or similar. Cork Sally Snail should always be placed on the flat sides to prevent it from tipping over.
The product is recommended for children from 2 years and up. CE approved.
Clean the Cork Sally Snail with a wet cloth, and sand off stains and scratches to give this piece a long lifetime.

Returns & Exchanges
If you’re not satisfied with your purchase from maisonvague.shop, you may return eligible items within 14 days of delivery.
Final Sale Items:
Tile, Wallpaper and Special Orders (placed through Customer Service or noted as custom order and marked non-returnable on the product page) cannot be returned.
Return Requirements
Items must be unused, unassembled, and in original packaging with all materials included.
Returns must be postmarked within 14 days of delivery.
A Return Authorization (RA) is required before sending any item back. Returns without an RA will not be accepted.
Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.
If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact Customer Service within 5 business days of delivery.
Fees & Refunds
A 15% return fee will be deducted from refunds.
Rugs, lighting, furniture, and planters are subject to deduction of original shipping costs plus the 15% return fee.
Orders canceled after shipment (in transit) are subject to applicable restocking and return fees.
International, Alaska, and Hawaii orders cannot be returned.
Refunds
Refunds are issued to the original payment method once the return is received and inspected. Please allow 7–10 business days for warehouse and refund processing.
