Reimagining the classic elegance of glass vases and bowls, the Échasse Series brings a minimalist silhouette with distinguished, playful edge to modern and traditional spaces. Theresa Rand’s playful concept beautifully interprets the word “échasse”: French for “stilts”. The slender, stilt-like supporting legs delicately suspend the glass forms, creating a sense of lightness while ensuring stability.
The Échasse Vase—The first piece in the now-iconic series was inspired by laboratory test tubes. The drop-shaped form is as elegant when holding flowers on a desk, living room floor, or nightstand as it is when left unfilled. The smoked glass version with brushed brass legs is available in three sizes. The unique colour gradients of the glass give the design depth and contrast against the legs’ clean lines. The smallest vase is now available with clear glass and bronzed brass legs; a classic pairing to complement any interior palette, in a size ideal for more compact spaces. Its expression ethereal, its design elevated in every sense, the Échasse Series offers infinite possibilities for experimentation, as its test tube origins suggest. Alone or together, filled with favorite flowers, fruits and objects or displayed alone as sculptural focal points, these pieces enliven modern spaces with equal parts daring and grace.

Order Tracking

APO Shipping
For APO addresses, we kindly ask that you contact us before placing your order to confirm eligibility for USPS delivery.
Returns & Exchanges
If you’re not satisfied with your purchase from maisonvague.shop, you may return eligible items within 14 days of delivery.
Final Sale Items:
Tile, Wallpaper and Special Orders (placed through Customer Service or noted as custom order and marked non-returnable on the product page) cannot be returned.
Return Requirements
Items must be unused, unassembled, and in original packaging with all materials included.
Returns must be postmarked within 14 days of delivery.
A Return Authorization (RA) is required before sending any item back. Returns without an RA will not be accepted.
Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.
If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact Customer Service within 5 business days of delivery.
Fees & Refunds
A 15% return fee will be deducted from refunds.
Rugs, lighting, furniture, and planters are subject to deduction of original shipping costs plus the 15% return fee.
Orders canceled after shipment (in transit) are subject to applicable restocking and return fees.
International, Alaska, and Hawaii orders cannot be returned.
Refunds
Refunds are issued to the original payment method once the return is received and inspected. Please allow 7–10 business days for warehouse and refund processing.
