Return Requirements
- Items must be unused, unassembled, and in original packaging with all materials included.
- Returns must be postmarked within 14 days of delivery.
- A Return Authorization (RA) is required before sending any item back. Returns without an RA will not be accepted.
- Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.
Final Sale & Made-to-Order Items
Items marked FINAL SALE or MADE TO ORDER are not eligible for return or refund.
These items are clearly identified on the product page prior to purchase.
If a FINAL SALE or MADE TO ORDER item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 3 business days of delivery to file a claim.
Fees & Refunds
- A 15% restocking fee will be deducted from refunds.
- Orders canceled after shipment (in transit) are subject to applicable restocking and return fees.
- International, Alaska, and Hawaii orders cannot be returned.
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method once the return is received and inspected. Please allow 7–10 business days for warehouse and refund processing.
Refund Processing
Once a return is received and inspected, approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
Refund amounts will reflect the applicable 15% restocking fee and any non-refundable shipping charges.

Return shipping instructions and the return address will be provided once your Return Authorization is approved.
If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact Customer Service within 3 business days of delivery to file a claim.
How to File a Claim
Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that is defective, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible so we can resolve any issues.

Include the following information:
- Name
- Order number
- Photos of the item
- Photos of the packaging
- A description of the issue
All damage claims must be initiated within 3 business days of delivery.
International Orders
All orders shipped outside the United States are considered FINAL SALE and are not eligible for return or refund.
Order Cancellations
Orders may be canceled and refunded in full provided they have not entered processing or been shipped from our fulfillment facility.
Please note that MADE TO ORDER, custom-made, upholstered, and other special-order products may not be eligible for cancellation once production, preparation, or fulfillment has started.
Exchanges
In certain cases, exchanges for a different product may be available. Exchange requests must be submitted within 30 days of the delivery date.
Customers are responsible for any applicable price differences between products, as well as any shipping costs related to the exchange. Approved exchanges for non-defective items are subject to a 15% restocking fee.

Receiving Your Delivery
It is important to inspect your shipment and packaging before signing for receipt.
If visible shipping damage is present, note the damage on the carrier's delivery receipt and retain all packaging materials.
Please keep all original packaging, boxes, crates, and packing materials until your claim has been fully resolved. Failure to retain packaging may affect our ability to process a damage claim. Orders may arrive in multiple shipments.
